For unknown geezer reasons I planted two elderberry sticks. Supposed to mate and make berries on both bushes.

Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries.

Stimulates the immune system, ramping up cytokine production. Beneficial yo thise eith those who have a functionjbgbimmube system but could potentially backfire if you are on immuno-suppressants.

Elderberry syrup, wine and schnapps!

Since this is primarily a car forum I feel it's appropriate to tell this story. When I was a kid there was a Chevy dealer that had Aunt Penny as a spokeswoman and you would get a jar of her elderberry jelly with every car purchase. I did a search and came across this reddit post that describes the debacle a lot better than I ever could. I remember watching these commercials in the late 90's being creeped out by Aunt Penny standing next to a brand new 1978 Monte Carlo knowing she was long dead.

try some better yogurt Trimona full fat Bulgarian from A2-A2 organic milk, total fermentation 30 hrs unlike others. i had to buy 6 qts special order from local health food store or go to Wegmans about 120 miles round trip. i got the plain + it is thinner than my usual Aldi Greek plain yougurt, but a nice tart taste. said to have MORE active cultures!!
