Hi guys!

Does anyone have the efficiency rating of a K&N HP 2002 oil filter?
Looking for it but can't seem to find it online. Trying to compare some filters before I buy one ( SBC 350 first gen)

Cheers

K&N oil filters were/are known for stopping larger, more harmful particulates than other everyday oil filters. More along the lines of racing applications or high performance app's.

This link may help a little bit but, I don't think it's exactly what you're looking for. You'll have to scroll way down to find anything useful.

I know that the air filters are like that. Are the oil filters just a rock catcher to?

Many papers say that particles below 20μ can be harmful too.

I really don't know for sure as this was the reputation/norm at one time. Which is why they were so popular among the racing crowd, where the engines are changed out with another and rebuilt. But in order to turn a profit, I think this has changed and K&N has different levels of oil filters.
