I need to replace the headers on my '95 GMC K1500 w/ 350 TBI and Flowmaster dual exhaust.

When I bought the truck, it already had cheap headers installed (I think FlowTech) and they are starting to warp at the block flange causing leaks in the gaskets.

I have already replaced the gaskets once, and the problem is worse again and sounds horrible.

I have been researching headers, and think Edelbrock Ceramic Coated Headers part #65662 would be a good choice.

Your thoughts and experiences are welcome.

Now you're remembering to go back and retighen the header bolts for the first week or so after driving it every time right? The gaskets will compress and the bolts will loosen.

Yes, I re-torqued the bolts every couple of days for the first two weeks. Even re-torqued after they started leaking.

Does not help.

I put Edelbrock headers on my friend's 91 Camaro like 7 years ago. They're perfect have not leaked. The ceramic coated headers are great because they're done inside as well so they don't rust internally and impede flow.
