these are what I wear along with 3M 105 muffs. Anytime Im around anything loud. I was just running a spud barge at work with a 3-71 Detroit screaming right next to me, and the double protection still doesnt seem to be enough. My ears are very sensitive. I hate loud noise and do whatever I must to protect it. Im 32 and want to hear good well into old age.
