I see 32 questions here: Octane rating & ethanol.

RON of 98 means super unleaded. This is different to MON you have on the pumps in US.

If you use lower octane, the ECU will change the timing accordingly if needed in order to avoid pre-ignition / detonation and normally you have a slight power loss. From your picture the engine is fine with RON 95 which we call regular so the choice is yours.

It is interesting your handbook does not states the ethanol concentration, merely that is should be ok! Ideally E0 RON 98 is what your engine needs but in real life, E10 should not cause any damage or drivability issue although fuel consumption will be affected.
