Dura Lube Severe Catalytic & Exhaust Treatment contains MMT

If I'm reading this correctly, the SDS mentions MMT and Naphthalene above exposure limits. Also this isn't listed on the EPA list of approved additives. Interesting for a product that's intended to clean emissions equipment /exhaust. Any thoughts on this stuff?
