I didn't watch the video but I wonder what oil it was?

A oil with lots of moly could be bad. There are some things people just should not drink. His kidneys are probably stressed as is everything else.

Esters, PAO , all the different additives, it's probably why YT has pushed a sign on function to limit viewership. That's why I didn't watch.
