I don't know if I've shown some of these yet, but here it is.

Japan. I caught this fish at a indoor pool and the guy sliced it up alive. They serve the meat which was still moving. The fish scrap organs were still moving, that's why there's a chopstick stabbed through the fish. Can anybody tell me what kind of fish this is?

Dog Meat. Korea. Very expensive and taste exactly like lamb meat. It's not worth the price. The Dog meat soup on the other hand was one of best **** soup I have ever eaten in my life. It was hot like Satan's tongue

Horse Meat. Japan. Expensive Delicassi sp?. Not worth the price. I rather eat a rare steak.

Raw Squid. Korea. One of my favorites.

Raw fish. Red Snapper. Korea. Served Just like the Japanese style, but a little different. We were really drunk, hence the messy table

I'll stick with kimchi and sushi.

When I lived in ROK, my favorite dish was spicey squid soup. Ojingodobap? I never tasted fresh kimchi that I didn't like.

No dog or horse for me, thanks.
