Does anyone have a Carfax account?

Hate to ask a favor (having never asked for this in the 10 years I've been here), but I am looking at a truck. If someone has the ability to run the VIN, please message me. I really do appreciate it.


Also, an ownership question that I am unfamiliar with. If a person leases a vehicle for 2 years, then ends up buying it out, does that trigger 2 ownership records on a vehicle's history --- or 1.

Create a My Carfax account, add the vehicle to your "garage" and it will give you info.

It will be (2). The leasing company owns the vehicle during the lease. The next buyer, whether it's the same person that leased it or someone else, becomes the 2nd owner.
