Does Amsoil S2k still meet the A3 spec?

So, does the S2000 suck?

I just bought a case of it for my 4.7 liter V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I've previously used this oil for one 7500 mile interval.

Does the S3K come in a 0W-30 weight?

Can you return the oil after purchase if you want to try something else?

No the S2K does not suck, My first run with the stuff in my 1997 F150 was for 10K miles and over 18 months with no filter change. The oil was still doing it's job though it was recommended a change becuase it was past it's time on the equipment(amsoil will do this if you don't run a by-pass filter)

Anyhow like Twoslick said, if you use your vehiles for shorter commutes the 0w30 will save you money in fuel becuase it's more effecient than the 5 or 10w oils.

The Series 3000 is just a beefier package based off a 5 wieght oil instead of a 0 weight oil. If your in a moderate climate or if you pull/haul lots of weight the S3K will be a little more shear stable over a long drain interval.
