A coworker's Dodge Neon makes a weird groaning noise when you're at speed and provide more than normal steering input either left or right. At low speeds (5-25 mph), turning in the parking lot sounds like you're grinding the brakes... and it does this mainly in right turns. It also doesn't do this when the car is cold. :***:
At high speeds it almost sounds like you're running over a rumble strip.
The brakes are only 2 years old. The coworker thinks its because of a shop servicing the A/C "H-Block".
I'm thinking it is the CV joints or wheel bearings.
