They appear to have the same specs except for the bipass valve. The EaO13 is 8-11 psi and the EaO14 is just 8 psi. So, in theory, you can use the EaO14 in place of the EaO13, but not the other way around?

That's my take. I'd use the 14 on any app that spec's a 13 ..but not the other way around.

I purchased some of the EaO14 filters to use in place of the EaO13. I will post what my conclusions are when I use them. I have two cars that use the EaO13 that will get the EaO14 installed. 03 Odyssey and 02 Altima.
