Did Castrol's DexronVI/Mercon LV supercede their Transmax FSMV?

I was in AZ yesterday and noticed they were carrying both. It seems odd that they would introduce a DexronVI/MerconLV fluid when their Full Synthetic Multi-Vehicle ATF is already licensed for both. I've been using the FSMV in my 2016 Escape with no issues.

*I now see that both are still listed on Castrol's website so I guess that answers the question in the title.....but I still wonder why both are needed?

The pds on castrols site for the dexmerclv automatically redirects to the full synthetic multi vehicle pds.
Maybe they are the same but some buyers might feel better putting a dex/merc fluid in their vehicles and others don’t want a dex/merc fluid in their non dex/merc spec transmission’s. 🤷‍♂️
