which of these oils is the very best?

The "best" is always a personal opinion. With no regards to price, Delvac 1. With regards to price, (most for the money) then Delo. Just my honest opinion.
Again opinion, but I'd say Delvac1.
Depends what you mean by best. For What is your idea of best? But yes, Delvac1 is a superior oil.
Ditto the previous posts. My vote is for Delo.
