Delvac 1 good enough for my 4Runner ?

4Runner (1990 3VZE engine) is due for an oil change, and I was trying to get the local mobil guy to get me in some 0-40 Mobil 1 (same as last change, and I was pretty happy).

Guy stated that they were having problems with getting it, but there's an "old stock" (unopened) 20 litre drum of Delvac 1 that I can have for $40 if I want.

Given that the 0-40 is worth $47.95 for 5 litres, I think I got me a bargain.

It's SH rated, not the latest spec stuff.

Now that is cheap!! Last 20 litre D1 we split here was $198, so you have done well. Wish my Moby disty had deals like that.
