The exotic high end oils are a bit harder to come by in Australia... Commonly it is CI4 plus. I have found a source for Delo 400 LE a CJ4 oil...

Application is new Ford 6.4 Twin Turbo heavy towing F-450...
Oil Changes will be 7500 kms. How does Delo 400 LE 15-40 Rate?

I believe in regular oil changes instead of more extensive runs with more expensive synthetics...

Other options are Castro Global Tection, but again is CI-4 plus. Thank you from Oz, lone Ranger at Bushtracker

Both are great Dino oils. Delo has a rather high TBN and I haven't seen a powerstroke that didn't like it. I'd go 10KMS it can easily handle it likely even 12.

The 6.4 is much easier on oil then previouse HUEI powerstrokes

Yes, all ULSD in Australia.

Possibly even drier than your American ULSD

Was thinking about a little low ash 2-stroke oil in the fuel..

I add 6 oz of TWC-3 low ash 2 stroke oil at each fill up. I don't know if it is helping anything though.

I highy suggest not putting 2 stroke oil in a Piezo injected engine. Plenty of good quality fuel additives on the market to aid in lubricity in ULSD fuel. The HEUI engines you could with no ill effect, but not the 08 and newer trucks.
