delay in reports from Blackstone Labs?

Hi, All,

It has now been 6 weeks since I mailed my sample to Blackstone and 4 weeks since my check cleared.

I haven't gotten any results nor any response to the 2 emails I've sent.

Is this a common problem?

I had a problem receiving e-mails from Blackstone because Hotmail was flagging them as spam.

Try e-mailing them from a different e-mail account.

No. Call Blackstone Monday.
My results came back within 2 weeks of them receiving the sample. Possibly quicker, I'm not 100% certain.
