Deka battery is getting tired.

Bought January 2001. Never been ran dead and has ocasionally been put on an overnight trickle just because.

Did last longer than most other flooded batteries do here.

that is an absolute killer lifetime for a battery. even now it’s still making 490cca. i would take that battery and put in OPE/tractor if it were mine. that’s nuts

2001, and in your locale? Name of battery should be Deka Amazing, Deka Stellar, Deka Infinity. Yeah, pretty good ROI.

I have had many Deka batteries. Some first quality, some blemished reduced cost. ALL lasted eight to ten years in south east Pennsylvania
