Deck Piling Fail

All you have to do is put a larger tube over that mess, back fill and pour it again. Leave the bar its worthless and a PITA to get out, cut that old tube lower, and put a larger 12 or 10 over it. Back fill, level, and pour it.

Your deck is heaving because your tubes are not deep enough, since you have cold winters with deep frost I'd go down 6-8ft.

FYI in the future skip the bar on tubes, leave that to the bridge guys.

The other tube can slide into the first tube. The rebar should help hold together.

Poured, backfilled. Will remove jacks in 2-3 days, as we will get some rain for the next two.
