Really enjoy these.
Found some great turbo Mopar ones, including a 1991 Iroc R/T concept brochure. Pretty neat!
I also scoped out the Shelby Lancer one, I have always wanted one of those. (I had a LeBaron just like it)

Did you see the TANK the '56-66" Chrysler Imperial is??

I know 2 close people who had those - what a tank they were!!

I thought there would be more interest in these...

Which are your favorite brochures??

They had my '75 Maverick, '65 Mercury, and '90 Oldsmobiles, plus my favorites like the '66 Impala (Gawd, how I love the layout of that instrument panel!), '61-'65 Lincoln Continental, and '66 Buick and Thunderbird.

The difference between then and now, I think, comes down to this: modern cars are hyped for safety and economy, and (in the case of luxury models) handling; in the '60s cars were hyped for power, special features, and smoothness of driving experience. Ads mentioned fuel economy, but only for the smaller, "compact" cars. Glamor was all (though price was in there: "No other luxury car costs so little" from Thunderbird, for example).

We-We!

Added that link to my favorites - I'll be wasting lots of time looking at this! Thanks for sharing.
