This is the only UOA I've done so far on my 2021 Audi S4 Premium Plus with the EA839 3.0 "hot-vee" single turbo (not supercharged) v6. I did Audi care for this vehicle so this is VW/Audi 0w-20 508.00 spec oil. This is driven mostly highway with some high-speed rural back road driving mixed in and almost always in a spirited way. This engine with the factory sport exhaust sounds just amazing so I love listening to it sing. I continue to run 10k OCI and once dealer oil changes are over will switch to Valvoline Euro 0w-20 that meets 508.00 spec. This engine seems to like it just fine!

I don't see a lot to complain about with this analysis. The oil and engine appeared to have handled this OCI with ease.
Not that Blackstone is trustworthy in this regard.
A 508 oil must be pretty stout to handle a turbo that well for that long.
It does seem to hold up really well, which is good because it’s not cheap! Best deal I could find was Valvoline at about $8/qt delivered.
I’ve seen others say that VW brand 508 from a dealer is pretty reasonable.
Is this oil sample “Valvoline euro 0w20” or shop oil from Audi?
I’m looking to run Valvoline euro 0w20 in my jaguar. Just want to know how it holds up.
