This is the FL820S application that was discussed on a thread starter recently regarding use of dome bypass in the Wix/NG applications. Relatively uncommon for Wix and something for which I've only seen speculation. Been obtaining NG's for $3.75 on sale for a couple years now. Looks good. Thanks for the pics.

Thanks for bringing that up sayjac. I made that earlier post. I was thinking, if the WIX equivalent filter to the MC FL-400S has the screw end bypass then it should be a great replacement filter for the FL-400S. If so, this could deter me from buying the FU. ( from Z06)

LOL ... the normal WIX and NAPA Golds are good filters. Good blend of everything that should be in an oil filter.
