Yeah that is like a PG xL filter. It's a very good built filter that is like the one from Federated Auto parts and AZ.
$9.69 is a high price.... I know at Federated Auto parts it was $5.39 two years ago. I bet it maybe $6 now at Federated Auto parts now.

It's 99 percent at 25 microns I believe.
Not bad... Similar to Wix or Napa Gold filters.

but where did you get the @25microns from - is it written somewhere?
Box specifies 99% only - with no asterisk or any microns, could be 100 microns.....
The O’Reilly website states on the filter product page, “MicroGard Select oil filters are precisely engineered for maximum oil flow and dirt holding capacity, providing optimal engine performance and longevity with 99% efficiency (Laboratory Test Performance per ISO 4548-12 at 25 microns).”
the plastic wrap over the business end of the filter is a nice touch! My Fleetguard filters are completely wrapped in plastic when I get them off of Amazon. For me it’s just a nice touch. That’s all.

But they're not "100% Leak Tested"! Definitely Premium Guard XL, at an Ultra price.

I need to go by Federated Auto parts in Richmond and see what the XL filters are going for there. $6 is my guess.
Heck they have a East Penn battery 524fmf battery at $89 2 year free replacement warranty. Not bad too shabby for that.

The plastic on the bottom tells me that it is imported. Not that is a problem.
Just like almost everything else...But, a nice looking filter
