Custom-Cut Door Edge Guards and Wheel Well Moldings

Driver of the below vehicles likes the functionality of the door edge guards and wheel well moldings. However, the ones on the car are deteriorated and need replacement; they simply look atrocious. The current ones on the car were probably dealership add-ons from when the car was new.

Can anyone recommend a source for replacements?

Check with car lots around you. When I was selling cars, there were various vendors always coming in and "adding value" to our cars. Black wall tires had white walls painted on them, windows were tinted, pin stripes were taped on, door and fender moldings were stuck on, etc.

Might check with some of the larger used car lots for leads.

It probably doesn't matter in California, but in salt-belt Michigan, I'd call those "rust starters". The owner would be better off to buy a bottle of touch-up paint and watch how they're opening their doors.

Critic, is there any way to pull them off and maybe paint them? If they’re not damaged you could do a cosmetic repair..
