Precisely. I wonder how long it's going to take everyone to figure out WHY the U.S. is the only country on the planet who can't use it's OWN natural resources when every country on the globe is here taking them.
And they will take them. Many are planning to visit our coastline and suck all the oil they can out of our waters. Expect much more of this until we grow a spine...

Current information would indicate that the Russians are abandoning their drilling operations. Seems they didn't find any oil deposits of significance in the area (sorry, Cuba).
