Crows foot and torque

I was going to use a crows foot on my torque wrench and didn’t know how to figure it. So I found this explanation. What I see easy is 90 deg on the foot means the torque value stays the same. Probably car experts already know all this but I didn’t.

At 90° the moment arm is unchanged and torque will be as indicated.
