First filter is a Napa Gold 7035. It’s made to fit B&S engines on many mowers and other outdoor power equipment. Nothing special in my opinion with poor spacing and a retail price of $14

Second filter is a Carquest Premium 85348 which is the Fram PH 3614 equivalent. This filter is obviously a Premium Guard made filter. It looks like a cross between their extended life synthetic filter and their standard 5k filter. It’s the normal media but has a silicone ADBV and gasket. Really nice made filter in my opinion.

As you know, OPE filters tend to cost significantly more than equivalent automotive applications. So, price doesn't surprise me. No fan of the combo valve either, but seeing as it's an OPE filter not as big a deal 'imo'. But yeah, nothing special about it. Don't think I've ever seen combo valve on Wix labeled/Napa Gold "automotive" application.

CQ "leak tested" looks to be imo rather typical China made construction with coil compression spring. That didn't skimp on the potting/glue for sure. Depending on price, looks ok.

Thanks for c&p.

The $7.49 CQ "Premium" is Hecho in China, now?? Wow, they've fallen a long way from the days of Affinia/Wix & Fram/Champ Mobil 1 clones! What a ripoff! A Pure One or Tough Guard, or even TWO Super Techs, is solidly in that price range. Of course, the combo valve equipped $14 NAPA Gold that looks worse than most of their old $2 Proselects is worse. Thanks to the OP for showing me 2 more filters to stay far away from...
