Coolant recommendation for 01 Ford Ranger

Its time for the 90,000 mile flush. With so many choices, G05 etc., what should I use?

G-05. I would stay away from all makes all models coolant. Ford does not recommend them. You can get Ford-approved Zerex G-05 at NAPA for a little less than $15 a gallon. It's the correct coolant for your truck.
