Control arm bushing on Zx2

I got the struts installed and WOOOOOOW..What a difference. I would like to replace the control arm bushings and possibly the steering rack bushings.
I can get MOOG, Duralast, Energy Suspension.
What is the best?
I know Poly is a great deal stiffer than rubber, thus it would not be good for motor mounts, but what about for control arms and steering racks?
Mech, How hard are these to replace on the zx2?

Energy Suspension is great for motor mounts if you have a manual trans, if you have an auto dont do it (rattle when stopped).

Energy Suspension in bushings is excellent! Stiffer more direct steering feel and they last longer than rubber bushings.

There are some negatives associated with poly bushings, and they aren't appropriate for some applications, due to the performance characteristics of poly. Do your homework before choosing poly. I don't know if your application is one where poly would be a good or bad choice.

In your situation, I would choose OE or OE equivalent parts. Of the three you listed I'd choose Moog. Of course, that's just my opinion.

Poly steering rack bushings are great in a ZX2.
They need no lube - they don't move/articulate.

ES poly motor mount inserts utilize the stock mounts, but fill the gaps with formed urethane.
More idle vibration, but less wheel hop in the wet, and better shifting [more stable[.

Poly control arm bushings need lube, now and later - its your call. Consider new control arms with bushings already in them. Either way, get an alignment after 100 miles or so, when things have settled.
