I received this in the mail today. I just don’t understand how this works. They get no money from me so what is the benefit of them signing me up? Has anyone ever heard of this?

Watch the video. You pay $79 a month for a subscription. I guess how they advertise "no fees" Its a subscription!

They auto signed us up for one through So Cal Edison a couple years ago promising no additional fees, yet the power bill jumped $75 or so a month. I jumped through all the hoops to cancel and suddenly our bill dropped to what it was before the program.

I knew they had a catch, but I couldn’t figure it out. Very deceiving if they say no fees, but then charge a subscription.
