At what points should I grease my Ford Ranger's chassis? Will fresh grease make a difference in the ride?

what year? where does the manual point out to lube?
if it is your 2000 Ranger there may not be any lube points unless you have had components replaced.
The vehicle is a 2000 Ford Ranger 2WD 5 speed. I do not have the service manual, just the owner's manual. The owner's manual does not state chassis lubrication of any kind. Should I just leave it at that?
if the owners manual does not state any chassis lubrication, then it is a lubed for life chassis.
