Just saw this in the Trib online: Diehard Batteries at Meijer.

One thing the article left out is that Menard's has started carrying some Craftsman products.

According to the article, it sounds like they still will be Dekas.... a Deka with a DieHard label stuck on it???

That's what I read too. Meijer's has a pretty good relationship with East Penn (they've been making them for years there), so actually, I'm honestly not surprised.

Notice also that they are only Diehard golds....which means they will be packaged different as well...

The Die Hard Platinum is an AGM. I don't know if it's the same manufacturer.
