It turns out that when I run half a bottle of seafoam through my EGR port, the result clogged up my O2 sensor. What's the best way to clean the deposit without damaging the sensor? Soak in seafoam?

you can soak in seafoam, carb cleaner, brake cleaner....
make sure you put anti-seize on it before reinstalling.
