Class Action Suit against Porsche for emissions and fuel economy?

Anyone familiar with this $80M settlement?
Apparantly 15 years of Porsches had false emmissions and fuel economy data?
I guess Porsche will do a software fix? Whatever the fix is, will it hurt power?

$80M is a drop in the bucket compared to VW's $20B fine. Must not be emitting too much more. And since when does fuel economy become the main factor in deciding to buy a Porsche?

Porsche was also sued for making an unsafe car. People are nuts.
