Thinking about moving up from a 0W-20 to a 5W-30. Currently using QSFS. Heard that M1 ESP and EP could be better. Which would you pick out of the 3? Car is in the SE US, daily driver with ~2 track days per year, minor bolt-ons and a tune (~370whp/~370wtq).

Any advantage of -40 over -30 other than being thicker? Like does -40 require less viscosity modifiers, thereby making it more "pure/stable"?
Just the being thicker so you get a smoother ride in the longer term with maybe a minimal drop in fuel efficiency. And there's 5w30s that are fairly close to 40 weight oils and there's 5w40 weight oils that are closer to a 30 in viscosity so even this is rather too much generalising. Pick whatever fits your budget and change a bit more often (though if you want a more expensive oil that really performs, there's Castrol Edge).

1: M1 ESP 5W-30
2: M1 EP 5W-30
3: QS

It's a good idea to put forth a bit more information when asking about recommendations. It's helpful to know the mileage on the engine, the type of driving that you do (daily driver is somewhat general). and planned or current Oil Change Interval (OCI).
