The fuel dilution is worrying. Will have it checked. Comments please. Thank you.

Well, it looks like this batch did prettty good. 1% fuel dilution isn't so bad. Its hard to believe that 260F Flash. Especially with that viscosity. Is that in Fahrenheit?

Genie47 is a long time customer and happens to be the first to use our new "Premium" kit option. I wanted to offer the automotive, cycle, and non pro racing crowd an expansive test with my interpretation and tuning and still be affordable.

Kit consists of 21 elemental metals, oxidation, nitration, sulfur, soot,
TBN AND TAN, Vis @ 40C AND 100C in cSt, AND VI, AND Flash. Water by Karl Fischer, fuel and glycol. All with my interactive READ.
If we see serious metals issues ferrographic microscope work can be done. Basically 2 test runs for one price. New FTIR being installed right now so be patient with us in the next month as we calibrate. I want repeatable accurate IR work for our automotive customers. Most labs just don't take the time to properly cal the equipement for every variation in lube chemistry. We are going to try very hard.

Too Slick this is a kit even a research scientist will love! TAN every test for my Aussie friends! VI for the backyard "fornulators"

out there. This is the most expensive test contract we have ever negotiated so the price is higher.
$50 each test. Will give discounts on bulk purchase, contact us for details.

I really didn't intend to hijack this but I am excited about the potential this kit will allow for our customers that wanted more data per run and increased quality level testing data for a reasonable cost. I am using this same protocal for formulating work so I am that confident in this lab.

The citgo superguard 10w30 run is indeed exhausted by fuel dilute and poor quality fuels in Singapore. Flash depletion is severe. The Citgo/Venzuelan base oils are very resistant to vis shear from fuel.

The 'poor quality fuels" are from Malaysia. Just the border is just 5km away for me and I take advantage of the exchange rate. Been doing that since I got my car. I don't know if Singaporean petrol users will get the same problems.

The fuel problem could be my inline fuel filter. The interval is supposed to be 30k km but I missed that one. When the oil was drained then, I replaced the inline fuel filter. Things might look better in the next UOA.

427Z06, once all is up and running we will sure be. Define VOLUME? I am still personally interpreting each and every result.

New FTIR installation /calibration is key, there is such poor quality FTIR work being done at the "consumer" level because of myriad chemistries out there. Contact me when you are ready to rock.

Currently testing new formulations R&D with the package and so far the accuracy is excellent.

Winston, Particle count will be available but have not nailed a price yet.

Sb is part of the scope of the package. I can provide kits now just not large numbers due to FTIR setup. In 30 days or less we should be capable of handling lots of work. If you want to order the kits and hold for 30 days we can handle that.
Have not posted all the info on the website until I can deliver on a macro scale.

Define VOLUME?

Probably a bad choice of words on my part. I meant being able to handle your usual customer base if they choose to use this option. Like Winston mentioned, your website indicated it was coming soon.

However, I'm still excited!

Terry, what about Antimony(Sb)?

How about particle count option?

Are these kits availible now, or are they still "Coming Soon" as it says on you web site?
