It would not do anything to CItgo for us to boycott them! Their are too many Americans that work for CItgo that might be hurt by this! If Hugo Chavez wants to give away his oil let him! I would rather use use his oil then our own! The 40% discount will not buy that many votes in the long run. Let him have his fleeting moments in the lime light.
