a rib roast - I usually get one from Whole Wallet, not this year, the virus is spreading within the employees at the local store per a friend who works there. I got one from a local supermarket chain, $6/lb. Not a pastured or organic one and it turned out well with a spice rub from a local spice shop. I wanted to smoke it in a friend’s Traeger but a last minute storm made me deploy the parent’s oven.

I didn't post the pics of the pork loin roast. Brined in an apple concoction, Germanic spices, smoked with apple mash pellets. Nice juicy pork roast
