Chevron Supreme and 5K OCI

Is it alright to run Chevron Supreme for a 5K OCI. I use an AC Delco filter and drive mostly on the highway.

Also, does anyone know how much Moly is in Chevron Supreme 10w30? Just curious.

I'd say running it 5k miles shouldn't be a problem unless you're doing a lot of stop & go driving.

As for how much Moly is in it... I believe I saw a VOA showing over 400ppm.
