If you watch both "Bullitt", and, "The 7-Ups", you will notice that the chase car was being driven by the same guy, (Bill Hickman). He choreographed both chase scenes, as well as drove them. He was the best guy in Hollywood at his craft. He was also involved in the chase scene in, "The French Connection".
