I think MO can be lumped into the southern states like MS b/c we do some strange things but still don't think it's that bad overall. Apparently they're trying to remove state income tax here.

Not very creative. I expect better satire here. At least they colored within the lines.
Don't worry about it, they're overrated anyways. When I'm home, I feel like a millionaire, even if I'm not.

I have spent time in all 50 states - so, the gross mis-characterization of so many states and their merits makes this chart a lot less funny to me - and it comes across as simple, stupid, ignorant stereotyping. Not entertaining. Not funny.
The map gets ND and NJ reversed.
Idaho is a beautiful state!

Isn't that what much comedy is or was? If you think of this as a map of the first thing that comes to mind about a state it's likely pretty accurate for most people.
Heck we moved to Az for the climate (suntan) and have only gone back to Pa in the past 20 years to visit relatives. Nailed it.
Don't over analyze it and get all butthurt people.

Not all art, and not all comedy, is good.
To be fair I worked with a guy from West Virginia. While yes there are places I'm sure that are great for vacation he more or less said nobody is beating the door down to visit. I've met a few people over the years that live or lived in Hawaii and have told me that EVERYONE wants to come visit them.
Overall, pretty accurate. However, we do not go to Nevada to sin. We go to Henderson/Las Vegas to shop and fly. We drive through Nevada to get to somewhere else.
