I once drove several miles on a flat left rear tire in the left berm in rush hour traffic on the Bayshore freeway until I could get across to the right side. For a while, I thought I'd bought the farm. Scary!
Goodyear will probably figure out that making fun of tire-related deaths can be dangerous.
Anyway, I thought run-flats were for expensive cars, not the econoboxes in these ads.
All tires are run flats. You just have to slow down a little. My spouse and offspring have been instructed to drive the car to a service station and have them change the tire. I once drove a car nearly 20 miles on a flat tire.
