Change unused oil? (2years standing still in garage)

If enough water is in the sump from condensation to be concerned about, it will be obvious from looking at the oil. If there's no sign of water, I'd run the oil.

Four sportbikes here, all with Motul 300V 4T oil.

A question i ask for a friend of mine. During a back injury, he could not race for 2 years.

Just let it warm up a bit, let the moisture if there even is any to evaporate, then ride it like there's no tomorrow haha!
In all seriousness its all good.
