Need your guys’s opinion on this particular rotor that I got today. I installed it onto my wheel balancer and hooked up my dial indicator. I don’t know if it’s slightly warped and would cause a pulsating condition or should I just run it? The FSM for my 2000 Camry says max runout for the rear rotor is .0059

Did you attempt to index the rotor on your hub to see if you might be able to get the reading within specs.?? I'm the type that would probably not use it if I could not get it within specification.

I have yet to do it on the hub itself. I wanted to check the runout of the rotor on its own first

Lots of problems with that setup....put it on the hub and measure runout...mark your high spot and zero point, then re-clock on the hub and measure again. If the high spot and zero are the same in the second test, then you've got an accurate measurement...if not, the hub is adding to it.
