Have recently purchased a set of 16" steel wheels for winter-tire use on my wife's Liberty. Got 'em at Costco. Anybody have any idea where a person can source a set of centre-caps to cover the hubs? Don't want a set of pie plates. Anyway, I have seen some that snap into the actual exposed hub & I have seen some that are a bit larger that index off the lug nuts. Any thoughts? Thanks.

John.

what is the lug pattern on them? i know a lot of the chrylers have the same pattern as Ford. if so the Crown Victoria Police Inteceptor center cap covers are exactly what you want. btw Ford used 5x 4.5" lug pattern

I got the stainless center caps for my Jeep's winter rims from American Racing.Go to your dealer where you got the rims and ask to see their cataloge for American Racing and take your pic.The stainless ones so far haven't rusted in 6 years of salty roads.

If you opt for ford center caps (5 on 4.5", Explorer, Ranger, Crown Vic) you will need collared lug nuts as well. The ford lug nuts (ask for 1998 Explorer collared lug nuts at your FLAPs) are 1/2"-20.
