Whichever is less expensive. Both are good oils.

I'd go with Edge. It's just because I prefer Castrol oils over Mobil.

Castrol Edge EP contains titanium which supposedly helps with engine wear when the oil isn't warmed up plus Castrol uses magnesium instead of calcium like most everyone else which helps TBN retention supposedly. I'd use Castrol myself.
