I bought all they had, 4 or 5 quarts, at the local Wally World.
I did the same thing. Got me 5 quarts. Might change my ltd early for fun now. Lol
I wonder how this compares to the Supertech 20W50 full synthetic V-Twin oil, since that stuff is only like $5/qt now.
I wish they had it in a 10w40.
Maybe M1 15w-50 could serve similar. It's a thinner 50 that's more like a 10w with 1300ppm zinc. Some diesel oils might also have more zinc.
They'd have to be oils that claim CI-4+ or earlier, CJ-4 and later limit phos to 1200ppm
Good grief! I didn't know that Castrol 20w50 in a non motorcycle street oil was still around. I used just that more or less 40 years ago in a '67 Ford Cortina GT with a compression increase.
They have 20W50 in both regular GTX and GTX High Mileage, I recently tossed some of high mileage it in my mom's Odyssey that's been going through a lot of oil to see if it helps curtail some of the leakage/consumption. Walmart still carries the regular GTX and Supertech 20W50 "all mileage" oil in stores still, but the selection of 10W40 and 20W50 has been getting thinner.
