Carquest - Canada Syn. Oil

Hi Guys, I was just browsing Canadian .. Carquest Flayer they have Carquest Synthetic Oil ( Ilsac Staburst ) 5L for 23.95$ CDN 5w20/10w30/5w30 Sounds like Great deal .. Just don't know if we can trust this Oil ... Anyone one was using it ? PS. PartSource. is selling RoyalPuple now ...

From what i've read here, it's made by Ashland, so its the same ting as NAPA synthetic - basically a Synpower clone.

Walmart has PP 5w30 and 10w30 4.4L jugs on for $19 Canadian. If it wasn't for that, I'd give that Carquest a run.
