I don't think you'll find many of these left. Champs-made black CQ Blue bought in 2016. The silicone valve was still so soft. No tears though it didn't have the straightest filtering media. It had robust gluing at all edges and the seam. 7400-ish miles.

This was the 3rd oil change since the car got new pistons+rings replaced by the dealer (Toyota 2AZ-FE), so it should be a clean engine. Oil was M1 0W20 AFE and the previous oil change was in July '18.

I don't do this often because I only have tin snips instead of a pipe/filter cutter. I also don't drive much so I want to see if 2-3 years is fine. Another one of these black CQ Blue filter went back on. The car got GTX HM 5W20. I'll probably change that oil out in 4-5K miles and refill while keeping the same filter for 8-9K miles/3 years. The car takes 4.5 qts/oil change, but I have 4 qts of GTX left to use up, so that should work out fine by keeping the filter on for the next time. I hope. And that will be the last of my conventional/synblend oil!
