Cardiac Ablation For Atrial Fibrillation (A-Fib) ?

This is one of the things i am very worried about, i don't want a pacemaker.. I always believed they try to sell lots of pacemakers to everyone they can.. They tried to give me a pacemaker 7 years ago but i refused after talking to multiple people including someone who sells them to hospitals. Thank God my Friend (a cardiologist) was with me at the time. My main handicap was i had great insurance! Im sure they are not all like that but they are not in business for the fun of it. How is your wife doing now? I hope all is well with her. I get palpatations every now and then and go into afib once in a while but i am strong and can run its just very very scary. I don't wish this on anyone.

They told her the pacemaker wouldn't correctly "pace" these certain nerves they ablated. She also has the defib built in to her pacemaker and that has gone off before. Not long after she had it installed but they adjusted that out.

I used to develop & improve processes for Cardiac Ablation - Atrial Fibrillation devices.

The process perfection & documentation of these devices was quite a task, but it's all worth it to save & improve lives.

Thanks for your work. The specialist I went to works on making his own equipment also, part of why there was a 4 year gap in my procedures.

Blaze...Wow that is one of the things i am afraid of with a pacemaker they said i probably don't need one at this point. Scary stuff..
